Pete Frese is the co-founder of the #1 Fastest Growing Franchise in the country, Stratus Building Solutions. The 20 year veteran of the franchising industry was has served as President and Chief Operating Officer since its formation in the St. Louis, Missouri area in October of 2006.

Ambitious and determined, this proven leader demonstrates professionalism and expertise when it comes to building a successful business, franchising and green cleaning. Before he co-founded Stratus, Mr. Frese was an executive with Jan-Pro International from 1998-2003, a national janitorial franchising company based in the Atlanta, Georgia area. There his responsibilities included program systems development and implementation, business operations and overseeing franchise development on a national level. Prior to his work with Jan-Pro, Mr. Frese was with Jani-King from 1996-1998, also a national janitorial and cleaning franchising company, based in the Dallas, Texas area.

Mr. Frese and his partner, Dennis Jarrett, saw an opportunity within the industry to provide a service in a way that had not been done and would indulge their commitment to excellence in facility services and environmental stewardship.  Besides providing unparalleled quality, value and service, Stratus is a company founded on the belief of Cleaning for Health.  Stratus developed their own line of Green Seal Certified cleaning solutions called Stratus Green Clean to bring the customers and franchisees a decided edge in keeping their facility healthy, clean and safe for allinhabitants.
